Refund Policy
To cancel your registration, contact events@nclm.org no later than July 8th to qualify for a refund. We must give guarantees to the conference facility, and they will charge us even if you cancel; therefore, no refunds for meals and events can be made after July 8th. Please review the hotel's cancellation policy with regard to your room reservation.
